It provides 1300 V peak repetitive reverse voltage and 3.0 A average forward current, with 150 A surge capability. Typical forward voltage is 1.1 V at 3.0 A, reverse current 5.0 µA, recovery time 3 µs, and −55 °C to +150 °C operating range. Suitable for power-supply rectification, inverters, converters and freewheeling use.
