BY500-400 is a fast recovery rectifier diode for medium-frequency rectification. It is supplied in a DO-201 axial package (D5.4 × 7.5 mm) and features 400 V VRRM, 5 A average forward current, 200 ns reverse recovery time, 1.3 V forward voltage at 5 A, and a −50 °C to +175 °C junction temperature range.
