H11J3 is an optocoupler bilateral switch with a non-zero-crossing phototriac output, using an infrared LED to trigger a light-activated silicon bilateral triac. Supplied in a 6-pin DIP, it provides 250 V peak blocking, 5.3 kVRMS isolation and a 10 mA maximum trigger current.
