H22A1 is a slotted optical switch (optoelectronic interrupter) with a phototransistor output in a through-hole H22 slotted housing with PC pins. It has a 0.94 mm aperture and 0.94 mm emitter-sensor spacing, 3.15 mm gap width, a minimum IC(ON) of 1.00 mA at IF=20 mA and VCE=5 V, and a minimum 30 V collector-emitter breakdown.
