MN3101

MN3101 is a CMOS LSI clock generator/driver for MN3000-series BBDs that produces two-phase, low-impedance clock outputs. Supplied in an 8‑lead DIP package, it operates from a single power supply of −8 V to −16 V, provides clock output frequency equal to one half the oscillation frequency, and includes a built-in VGG generator (VGG OUT ≈ 14–15 V when VDD = −15 V).
