MOCZ500

MOCZ500 is a zero-cross triac-output optoisolator (mini solid-state relay) that uses a gallium-arsenide IR LED optically coupled to a zero-cross triac and power triac. Packaged in a small-outline 6-pin DIP (Motorola Case 730J-01), it offers 500 mA RMS AC output, 600 V off-state output voltage and 7500 Vac peak isolation.
