It is supplied in a TO-92 3-pin through-hole package and features 400 V peak repetitive off-state voltage, 1 A RMS on-state current, 10 mA maximum gate trigger current, 1.3 V maximum gate trigger voltage, 15 mA maximum holding current and 16.7 A peak non-repetitive surge current.
