SFH610-3 is a phototransistor optocoupler that uses an infrared LED input and an NPN silicon phototransistor output to provide signal isolation. Supplied in a 4-pin DIP through-hole package, it offers 100–200% CTR and documented isolation ratings of 2.6 kV (Siemens 1985 catalog) and later 5.3 kV for the SFH610-3 variant.
