TDA1154

TDA1154 is a monolithic integrated circuit DC motor speed regulator for permanent-magnet motors. It includes a built-in current limit and an on-chip 1.2 V reference, delivers up to 1.2 A output current, and supports supply voltages up to 20 V. Supplied in an 8-pin MiniDIP package.
