TDA7250

TDA7250 is a 60 W Hi‑Fi dual audio driver integrated circuit for stereo power amplifiers, supplied in a DIP20 package. It operates from 20–90 V, delivers 60 W into 8 Ω or 100 W into 4 Ω, includes mute/standby controls and overload current protection, and is designed to drive two pairs of complementary output transistors.
