TIL81

TIL81 is an NPN planar silicon phototransistor in a hermetic TO-18 glass-window package that senses near-infrared light. It has a 30 V collector-emitter rating, 50 mA continuous collector current, 250 mW device dissipation, an operating range of -65°C to 125°C, and a peak wavelength near 900 nm.
