TLP3063

TLP3063 is a photocoupler with an optotriac output and zero-crossing function, suited for triac-driver and solid-state-relay applications. It is offered in a DIP-6 plastic through-hole package (also available in a 5‑lead cut‑DIP variant) and provides 600 V off-state output, 100 mA RMS on-state current, 5 mA maximum trigger LED current and 5000 Vrms isolation.
