TLP635 is a phototransistor optocoupler consisting of a GaAs infrared LED optically coupled to a phototransistor. It is supplied in a 6‑lead plastic DIP and provides 5000 Vrms isolation with a 50 V collector-emitter rating and 50 mA collector current.
