Littlediode Terms and Conditions

Prices & Deliveries:
Prices include VAT. VAT is payable from all member countries of the EC including the UK & Ireland . Prices are subject to change without notice. Price quotations are valid for the period stated and represent no obligation until the buyer accepts the seller's order and subject to the goods being available. Part shipments shall be allowed and must be paid for in full by the buyer. Delivery periods are estimated seller shall not be liable for failure to deliver on time.

Payment:
Payment shall be made in full in advance unless otherwise arranged. Goods shall remain the property of the Littlediode until paid for in full.

Delivery Times
All Delivery Times are estimates. Where delivery for next day is selected and paid for, then this will be from the lead time of the part as outlined on the specific part page. Littlediode will not refund for late deliveries if this method of delivery is used in shipping your order.

Description & Data:
The seller reserves the right to supply goods of substantially the same quality or better than those described. The seller accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy of data or the description of goods supplied in contract tort or otherwise or for any damages or injuries directly or indirectly from any errors or omissions.

Guarantees & Returns:
Except under the terms of the consumer credit act all guarantees condition or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent.

Goods may only be returned if proven to be faulty by design or workmanship within 1 week of purchase date for refund at the seller's discretion providing 1) proof of purchase is shown. 2) The goods have been stored maintained & used within the manufacturer's specified conditions. Goods used for test & experiments shall not be covered by suggested equivalents by staff or in writing by the seller although given in good faith should be carefully checked for suitability by the buyer as the seller accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any consequences of suggesting equivalents.

Complaints:
Claims for shortage & non-delivery must be made known to the seller within ten days of ordering. The buyer is responsible for the return of goods to the seller. The seller shall not be responsible for any consequence outside his control such as civil disturbances or strikes.

Limitation of Liability:
The seller shall not be liable in contract tort or otherwise for loss damage however caused & suffered arising out of or in connection with defects in goods supplied other than the replacement repair or refund of the goods invoiced.

Cancellations & Returns:
Other than by express agreement with the seller orders for goods shall not be cancelled or returned at the buyer's pleasure or simply because they are unwanted. The law of England shall determine any question of law. The buyer's statutory rights are unaffected.

Non-Supply of Parts:
If parts are no longer available, then the seller will issue a refund accordingly.
